Next Generation Business Family Program Course with BBVA Global Wealth

From September 20 to 23, 2022, the third edition of the “Next Generation” course, developed by the IE Center for Families in Business in collaboration with BBVA Global Wealth, took place in Mexico. 

This edition was special, as it returned to the face-to-face format and shared working and networking days with guests from several countries.   

The main theme of the program is the great challenge of each business family: how to develop a vision of value creation over generations by acting in three interrelated areas: family, business, and heritage. 

The development of the program explores the specific challenges to family businesses, as well as the solutions each family must implement to overcome these challenges.
