              The study "Family Businesses in the New Working Environment " analyzes the strengths and challenges of the idiosyncratic employment relationship of Spanish family businesses in the current labor market. Based on interviews conducted with Human Resources directors of family businesses, the report provides insights for entrepreneurial families to enhance their strengths in the battle for talent.
