David Cabero, General Manager of Europe BIC Group, shared invaluable insights into transforming a family firm like BIC, now in its third generation. The event explored topics such as BIC's strategies for reinvention and adaptation to market changes, the role of non-family executives in family firms, and the advantages and disadvantages of BIC as a family business.
