Cristina Cruz becomes a 2020 Fellow in the Family Firm Institute (FFI)

Cristina Cruz, Director of the IE Center for Families in Business and  Professor of Entrepreneurship at IE Business School was announced and honored as a Fellow of the Family Firm Institute on December 4, 2020, in a virtual ceremony.

 

FFI Fellow status signifies that Prof. Cruz has completed an advanced program of study as part of the Family Firm Institute’s Global Education Network (GEN), presented at FFI annual conferences or published in FFI publications, and has been a member of FFI for more than 10 years.

 

Fellow status is awarded to individuals who have achieved comprehensive professional knowledge and gained significant expertise that can be used as the value to family enterprise members, including those with operating businesses and/or family offices.

 

“Through obtaining Fellow status, Cristina has gained a deeper understanding of the needs of family-owned enterprises and the many roles these multi-generational companies play in local, national and global economies.,” said Judy Green, President of the Family Firm Institute.  Participants have access to cutting-edge information and resources through FFI’s multidisciplinary educational programs that advance family enterprises worldwide by enabling collaboration between family enterprise advisers and consultants and researchers and academics, creating a global network of professionals.
