Intergenerational collaboration in the face of the challenges of the demographic transition

This report was produced by Concepción Galdón, Celia de Anca, Eugenia Gutierrez para el “Observatorio demografía y diversidad generacional” with the collaboration of Elena Costas and María Laffaire, from KSNET. It was also a collaboration with the IE Center for diversity in Global Managment, the IE Center for Social Innovation and Sustainability, Inter-American Development Bank, the foundation SERES, MAPFRE. This report analyzes, from the perspective of intergenerational collaboration, the profound demographic transformation that affects companies in aspects such as their relationship with employees or customers, or the development of goods and services. This study includes the following five countries: Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay.
