The challenges faced by today’s entrepreneurial families lie in the development of a cross-generational vision that creates added value for years to come. This means that the family must act in three different, yet interrelated areas: the family, the business and the legacy. Throughout the course, managerial challenges will be discussed in each of these dimensions along with the solutions that each family should apply to successfully overcome these challenges.
